I love Aduguru Prakriti’s teaching style. I have learned more from her in the few weeks since I found her on YouTube, than I have in any of my YTT trainings, countless yoga books, endless hours of listening to different interpretations of sacred texts. She has found a way to deliver the wisdom of ancient yogis in her direct, no-nonsense, and comprehensive teaching abilities. I fell in love with yoga philosophy during my YTT, however, YTT doesn’t really even scratch the surface on yoga philosophy. I have also found many spiritual leaders spend more time trying to sound poetic and mysterious, spending hours of “teaching” without really saying anything of value. Adiguru Prakriti is the clarity I have been looking for. She has a lot of videos on YouTube teaching philosophy, she also has a little more advanced level courses on her website you can sign up for free (through her nonprofit Being Shiva Foundation) as well as high level courses and initiations for a fee…(I don’t work for her I swear, I’m just really grateful for the clarity her work brings.)
